COCO Pilates bookings and scheduling are managed via Bookamat.

We would like to encourage all clients to use the Bookamat platform to manage your schedule especial when you need to reschedule a class.

Please read below T&Cā€™s


CANCELATION POLICY:

COCO Pilates act on a 24 hour cancelation policy.  

Clients that cancel before this period will be able to reschedule a class in any available time slots for the remainder of the month. If you are unable to find a suitable time slot please contact COCO Pilates.  

Any cancelation within 24 hours before scheduled class time will be forfeited.  

Please be aware that you pay for a slot in the Pilates schedule, if fees are not received timeously your slot will not be secure. 


BOOKING:

What are drop in bookings?

Drop in bookings are for when you want to attend one activity or session only, or attend on a pay-as-you-go basis. Drop in bookings allow you to book classes whenever they suit you.

What are weekly bookings?

Weekly bookings are for when you want to commit to attending the same activity (day and time) every week indefinitely. Payment is due on a monthly basis.

- If you are away for a period eg. holiday, please understand that you will still be invoiced for your classes.  This is to ensure your space on the schedule and maintain the multiple booking discount.

- Missed classes may be rescheduled within a 3 month period. 

Please manage your schedule/ rescheduling on the Bookamat platform to ensure clear communication.

If you know that you are going to be away for an extended period of time please discuss this with COCO Pilates one month in advance to make necessary arrangements or change to a drop in booking for that period, dependent on the amount of classes missed.

Please note that you will be charged the drop in rate and unless agreed upon a confirmed return date your future time slots will become available to other clients.


How do I make a booking?

Step 1: Visit: https://bookamat.co/register/client/coco-pilates-sandton

Step 2: Find an activity and click on 'Confirm' then 'Login or Register'

Step 3: If not registered, select the 'Not Registered Yet? Register' link (otherwise Sign in and review the booking in your basket and the payment options offered)

Step 4: Fill in the registration form and click 'Submit' 

Step 5: Check for the Bookamat account activation email and then click 'Active Account'

Step 6: Visit bookamat.co and Sign In as a 'Client' and pay for the booking in the basket

Step 7: Once payment is confirmed, the booking will be moved to the Booked page


How do I reschedule my booking?

Classes may be rescheduled 24 hours before class time.

  1. Go to the activity you would like to reschedule

  2. Click on the Options button

  3. Select Reschedule

  4. Find new class time and Confirm

  5. Click Save Changes 


Why can't I reschedule my booking?

If you can't find an activity to reschedule your booking into it could be because:

1. Your booking is about to expire and can't be rescheduled beyond it's expiry date.

2. There are no free spaces for the activities you are looking for.

3. You are already a participant in the activities you are searching for (you can't double book a class).

4. The booking can't be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of the said activity.


STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Pilates is a hands on method.  Tactile feedback is an important part of the instructors assistance to receive the required outcome.  If you feel uncomfortable with tactile cueing, please inform your instructor before or after the class. 

Shorts, leggings and t-shirts all work well as appropriate attire.  It is a good idea to wear layers on cold days.  A towel is also recomended at every session.

The cleanliness of the studio and equipment is a priority for us and we would be grateful if you would let us know if at any time we do not shape up.  As a courtesy to fellow clients and to our teachers, we ask that all clients make personal hygiene, particular clean feet, a similar priority, and thank you for your understanding in this sensitive matter.

The classes are carefully structured to maximize the benefit to your body.  We do understand how hectic life gets, but have to ask you to rather not attend class if you will be entering late, trusting that you understand missing the first few minutes is disrespectful to your body, the teacher and the fellow participants.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING CELL PHONES INTO CLASS WITH YOU, and make sure they are left on silent in the changing area.
